You will be treated with respect for your identity, your body, your beliefs and your cultural and religious background. That applies to every person who walks through the door.
A doctor of your choosing
You may ask to see any of our doctors, and you may change. You will be told if a medical student or registrar is involved in your care, and you may decline.
Your information
Your health record is confidential. You may ask to see it and ask for corrections. See our privacy page.
An interpreter
If you would find it easier to speak in another language, tell reception when you book and we will arrange an interpreter. There is no charge for this.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. See feedback and complaints — it is the fastest way for something to be put right.
